Montana Western 2009 Convocation

UMW News Bureau

The University of Montana Western commenced its 116th academic year by welcoming the 2009 incoming freshman class Friday, Aug. 21, 2009. The convocation has become an end-of-summer tradition on campus.

The convocation welcomes incoming freshman to the campus.

"We expect a lot from you," Chancellor Richard Storey said during his address. "We have a lot to offer."

Chancellor Storey finished by urging the freshman class to stick with their educational journey at Montana Western.

"Remember, it's always to soon to quit. It's always too soon to quit."
